Qi-Gong is an integral part of Chinese Medicine,which is especially important for physical,mental and spiritual well being. Qi - Gong means to "cultivate energy", through gentle, moving exercise. 

I was introduced to Qi-Gong by Internationally recognized Acupuncturist, Herbalist and Qi- Gong practitioner, John Tindall and I have attended retreats of Master Wang of the Chinese Heritage Institute.Integrating some shaking practice taught by Balinese  Satguru, Ratu Bagus, this is a fun way to take the stresses of the day away. 

No experience necessary, loose clothes advised, just turn up.
